Tipsy Peppermint Mocha

Tipsy Peppermint Mocha



Hot brewed coffee (or 2 shots of espresso + ½ cup hot water) 8 oz
SOWN™ Vanilla Oat Creamer ½ cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ cup
Hot water ¼ cup
Kahlua (or favorite coffee liqueur) 2 oz (about 1 shot)
Chocolate liqueur 1 oz (about ½ a shot)
Peppermint liqueur 1 oz (about ½ a shot)


1. In a microwave safe container, combine cocoa powder with ¼ cup hot water. Whisk until smooth. The mixture will be thick.

2. Add creamer to the cocoa mixture and whisk until combined. Microwave for 45 seconds – 1 minute or until just starting to simmer.

3. Add hot coffee, Kahlua, chocolate liqueur and peppermint liqueur to the creamer mixture. Stir a few times. Divide evenly between 2 heat proof mugs. Garnish with a peppermint stick or crushed candy canes if desired.
