Dalgona Hazelnut White Russian
Ingredients - Dalgona
|instant coffee granules||2 tablespoons|
|granulated sugar||2 tablespoons|
|hot water||2 tablespoons||
Hazelnut White Russian
|SOWN Unsweetened Oat Creamer||½ cup|
|hazelnut flavored syrup (such as Torani)||1 scant tablespoon|
|Kahlua (or favorite coffee liqueur)||3 oz (about 1 ½ shots)|
|vanilla vodka||2 oz (about 1 shot)|
1. Make Dalgona by combining instant coffee granules, sugar, and hot water in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat on low speed for about 30 seconds. Increase speed to high and beat for an additional 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened and fluffy. Set aside.
2. Make Hazelnut White Russian by combining oat creamer, hazelnut syrup, Kahlua, and vanilla vodka in a cocktail shaker or large jar with a cup of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour White Russian into two medium glasses, straining out ice, and top with Dalgona mixture.
