Dalgona Hazelnut White Russian

Ingredients - Dalgona


Instant coffee granules 2 tablespoons
Granulated sugar 2 tablespoons
Hot water 2 tablespoons

Hazelnut White Russian

SOWN™ Unsweetened Oat Creamer ½ cup
Hazelnut flavored syrup (such as Torani) 1 scant tablespoon
Kahlua (or favorite coffee liqueur) 3 oz (about 1 ½ shots)
Vanilla vodka 2 oz (about 1 shot)


1. Make Dalgona by combining instant coffee granules, sugar, and hot water in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat on low speed for about 30 seconds. Increase speed to high and beat for an additional 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened and fluffy. Set aside.

2. Make Hazelnut White Russian by combining oat creamer, hazelnut syrup, Kahlua, and vanilla vodka in a cocktail shaker or large jar with a cup of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour White Russian into two medium glasses, straining out ice, and top with Dalgona mixture.

Makes 2 servings
