Peanut Butter Cup Hot Chocolate

| hot water | 1 1/2 cup |
| unsweetened cocoa powder | 1/4 cup |
| creamy peanut butter | 1 heaping T |
| SOWN vanilla oat creamer | 1/2 cup |
Peanut Butter Whipped Cream |

| chilled coconut cream | 1/4 cup |
| creamy peanut butter | 1 T |
| salt | pinch |
| vanilla | 1/4 t |
| maple syrup | 2 t |
| optional toppings: peanut butter drizzle, chopped peanuts, chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, peanut butter cups |
1. In a large microwave safe container, combine cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of the hot water. Whisk until a smooth paste forms. Whisk in peanut butter. The mixture will be very thick.
2. Whisk the remaining hot water into the chocolate mixture followed by the oat creamer.
3. Microwave for 1:30-2 minutes or until mixture is hot.
4. Divide evenly between two heat safe mugs and top with peanut butter whipped cream.
