Dalgona Hazelnut White Russian

| Instant coffee granules | 2 tablespoons |
| Granulated sugar | 2 tablespoons |
| Hot water | 2 tablespoons |
Hazelnut White Russian |
| SOWN™ Unsweetened Oat Creamer | ½ cup |
| Hazelnut flavored syrup (such as Torani) | 1 scant tablespoon |
| Kahlua (or favorite coffee liqueur) | 3 oz (about 1 ½ shots) |
| Vanilla vodka | 2 oz (about 1 shot) |
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Make Dalgona by combining instant coffee granules, sugar, and hot water in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat on low speed for about 30 seconds. Increase speed to high and beat for an additional 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened and fluffy. Set aside.
2. Make Hazelnut White Russian by combining oat creamer, hazelnut syrup, Kahlua, and vanilla vodka in a cocktail shaker or large jar with a cup of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour White Russian into two medium glasses, straining out ice, and top with Dalgona mixture.
